The best hotel in Baku and amazing sea view and room is big and very clean I recommend to book sea view better specially you can see the sunset Savar in reception is polite and very helpful If I return to Baku it’s my only hotel I will stay in Thank you

Hotel was absolutely wonderful - lovely, clean, modern amazing views and lovely food. The room was a good size, has everything you need. The staff were some of the most helpful we have had. An extra special thank you to Rushool who was in charge of the bistro restaurant - wonderful service and very welcoming. We definitely hope to return again x

This hotel is iconic and has been seen in all magazines. This is why my husband decided to book the hotel but we were very unhappy with the quality of bed linen and the fact that the minibar was locked. When we agreed ti give 350 AZN, they opened the minibar and it was empty and off! So they offered us to change room which we refused as we were tired . NExt day still they did not fix the minibar. Overall expereince was spoiled by this in addition to the fact that the taxis in front of the hotel are all controlled by security or purchasing manager. We could not speak to the GM as he was out of the country.

I would like to thank the following staff members for giving us the opportunity of the best vacation ever: 1. Shahin of front office 2. Gadizos 3. Rashad both from bistro restaurant 4. Zale the waiter in the bistro restaurant 5. Halahat the hostess in bistro restaurant 6. The concierge team 7. Elder the taxi driver working in the hotel And on the top of all those wonderful staff I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Shahin Hasanov the front office representative who helped and welcomed my family since we arrived at the hotel

Amazing property situated centrally. It is suitable for large groups and even families. Rooms are spacious and well done. I stayed in a suite at 20th floor and had amazing view of the Caspian Sea and City. Food quality is great and hospitality is nice. Approx 30 mins drive from Airport. Overall recommended.
