Centrally located hotel near several shopping centers, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Staff were super pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The heat is centralized so there was so way of turning the heat down in the room. It got very warm, 26C throughout the night. The window opens only by a maintenance key and it has no screen. A bit scary cause it was quite large. Breakfast was really good!

My husband and I stayed at the Ibis Baku this February, and we would like to extend a special thank you to the Front Office Assistant Manager, Samad, as well as his colleagues Javid and another Front Office Supervisor whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. They were all incredibly helpful in assisting us with changing rooms and ensuring we were very comfortable during our stay.
