Thank you for your valuable feedback. I apologize for any confusion regarding the room options and check-in timing during your arrival experience. Our guaranteed check-in time for the Fairmont room type originally booked is 3:00 PM. As you arrived at noon and your room was not yet available, our Front Desk agent offered an upgraded Deluxe Room category, which includes early check-in privileges. I truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I will be sharing your feedback with our Front Office Leadership team to ensure our team communicates room categories, upgrade options, and check-in times more clearly and consistently moving forward.
