Wonderful space to spend some time

Beautiful spa. Small details would be awesome to attend to. Soap was empty in shower. No shaving option in men’s locker. Why not designate a place or two to put used cups. Sauna was cold for a sauna. No hot tub hot enough. Robes with a pocket? Massages a bit overpriced for region. Steam room is spectacular though, loved the cold towels, nice water and tea refreshment stand, beautiful lounge chairs and love that each has a blanket. Make sunblock available in locker rooms? Maybe some face masks or other skin products — which could be for sale in shop

Such a relaxing and peaceful stay! My massage was perfect. Definitely will be coming back. Loved all the pools and the poolside food was really good.

My trip was to decompress and revitalize and both were achieved. The stress relief massage and the vitamin C facial truly exceeded my expectation. The staff both in the spa and hotel were accommodating and friendly. The availability of the free shuttle into the Sonoma Square was an unexpected amenity. The extra touches such as the wine and chocolates were a welcomed surprised. The hotel's focus on sustainability was definitely another welcome feature. My suggestion would be to have throws in the rooms for the afternoon nap or just for sitting and enjoying the fireplace. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We love to come here for a couple of days to get away. The spa and pools are so relaxing and I got the best massage I've ever had from Christian!

Noisy and Crowded - avoid this spa!

The spa and pools were very crowded. The locker room was so congested it was impossible to change. The pools were all full, and there were no available chaise lounges - they were either full of dirty towels, occupied, or marked “reserved”. The indoor pools were packed with groups who were talking loudly, the entire bath house was very noisy and not at all peaceful or relaxing. The space felt like a crowded airport waiting room, rather than a spa. We paid an extra $59 since we were not staying at the hotel - what a mistake. We did not enjoy our time there at all, but rather couldn’t wait to leave after our massages. I would not recommend this place, it is way too noisy and crowded to enjoy.
