2-star hotel experience

I’ve stayed here before and had a nice experience, but this time was much different. I actually live in Seattle, but needed a room this evening because of a carbon monoxide scare at my house and decided to stay here for one night while things cleared up at home (per fire dpt). Upon arrival, the room was not entirely clean and the towels had what appeared to be orange makeup stains on them. I let the front desk know and was unable to get another room. Ultimately, they did not provide or offer ANY accommodations for this unfortunate experience. It felt like a 2-star hotel experience with 5-star rates, which was extremely disappointing. 5/10 - front desk representatives/customer service 5/10 - cleanliness 10/10 - valet customer service

Stayed here the night before an overseas trip to UK, Croatia and Italy. Unfortunately my wife had an accident the day of our departure and we ended up in the ER / trip over. I called the hotel to see if we could stay another night and ask if they might have a wheelchair we could use. When we got back to the hotel there was a wheelchair and a get well card. Such kindness from all of the staff - and everyone we dealt with was so kind and competent. They turned a terrible day into something much more tolerable. Oh and by the way - the hotel itself was fantastic - best Seattle hotel we’ve stayed at in 30+ years of coming there. Great food in the hotel and the rooms and amenities are top notch.

First and foremost, we do hope your wife is on the road to recovery! Such an unfortunate occurrence! It's the least we could do for you and your wife under such circumstances. We are so pleased to know we were able to assist in your time of need and thank you for the acknowledgements for our kind staff. We hope you will be back when you get your trip rescheduled and again, thank you for the kind words.

It was great stay - the bed was comfortable, the amenities were good. Enjoyed the shower over bath and loved the le labo toiletries. The location is very central and I also enjoyed use of the pool facilities. My room was quiet which was great as well

One of the best experiences we have had at any hotel so far, the staff, the property, the ambience, the service, the amenities, everything literally the best. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, the reception staff were very quick, the food was so delicious. This our go to hotel for weekends from now on.

Exceptional stays is what we strive to provide our guests and we are delighted to know that was achieved! Thank you for staying with us.

Beautiful but a lot of disappointments

Hotel is beautiful and the staff were super nice but I had a lot of disappointments during my week stay. Like, if you want a fridge in your room, extra $15 charge. You are not allowed to get to-go from the onsite restaurant, even with limited evening dining option in the area. Cafe in the basement is extremely overpriced. Concierge was non-existent. The cherry on top was when checking out, we told the desk staff we were going to Vancouver next, she said it’s like Seattle but nicer. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Thank you so much for staying with us and we are disappointed to read of your dissatisfaction. We never like hearing of these oddities and hope you might give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
