We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet the high expectations rightfully set by your experience at our sister property, the Fairmont Orchid. At Fairmont, we take great pride in creating warm, personalized, and memorable stays for all of our guests. It is deeply disappointing to hear that you encountered moments where this standard was not reflected — particularly during check-in and at our pool and dining venues. Please know that your comments have been shared in detail with our leadership teams, as we are committed to addressing service lapses and ensuring that all guests feel both welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
