Lovely hotel, well situated on the lake with great amenities. The room was beautiful overlooking the lake but sadly aircon wasn’t working and room was at 26.5 degrees. After 3 hours where we’d had lunch, explored hotel and swam in the pool, the room was still at 26.5, so reception arranged for us to view 4 rooms to decide where we wanted. We chose the room below our original which was at 19 degrees in preference to a couple of suites which were also hot or had no view. Restaurant was amazing and I had requested a table with a view and we certainly got it! Breakfast was very good and we were able to help ourselves to cakes and coffee etc on leaving to take with us on our journey. Lina at reception was great in helping us check in and sort out the move from our room. Valet parking was excellent too Fab hotel and will return

Wow simply the best! Stunning hotel, with great staff, service exceptional! The location is magical as is the view! Just loved our stay here! We were upgraded to a room with balcony! Didn’t want to leave… Irish Tom ( staff ) is the best, he went above and beyond, thank you again!

Another wonderful stay for a birthday! Gold is indeed gold! We had a room with a stunning view. Food on the Gold Floor was excellent. Dinner and drinks the lounge was a great way to spend the evening. Thanks for making our stay so special and fabulous!

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is a wonderful hotel in a unique location. From arrival, to check-in, during our stay and even at check out; we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff. Our room was, of course, perfectly clean, quiet and very comfortable. A fine view over the Lake was the icing on the cake. Understandably, the area is extremely popular but when most of the day visitors have left, it becomes an even more special place. The dining options are very good and our meal at "Fairview" was lovely. A trip to nearby Lake Moraine organised by hotel in their shuttle is highly recommended. Thanks again to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. We'll be back!

We arrived FC Lake Louise and were absolutely delighted with how we were welcomed! We knew we were upgraded but didn’t realise until we arrived we were upgraded to Fairmont Gold Experience! What a fantastic surprise, complementary wine, flowers, chocolates in our absolutely stunning room with breathtaking view over Lake Louise. Anna at Gold Reception desk welcomed us & informed us of the delightful canapés, drinks hot & cold (non alcoholic) that we enjoyed as part of our stay between 5-7 pm. The room is a mini suite with every comfort imaginable, bed extremely comfortable and air conditioning was not noisy as experienced in other accommodation. The complementary toiletries, soap , shower gel , shampoo are luxurious and enjoyable! Breakfast in the Gold Lounge was really something else. Romeo (omelette chef) & Rouel (& all other staff) have been so kind and helpful. (We booked via Hays Jesmond in Newcastle & Prestige Tour Co and they have exceeded our expectations)!
