We stayed at the Hamilton Princess for four days at the beginning of December. We stayed in a room that gave us access to the Gold floor. I can’t say enough about the service that we received from Pascoal and Rolly. I watched them with other guests. I don’t know how they remember everybody’s name and what their particular likes are. They make everybody feel special They both seem to be there all the time, I don’t know when they have time off. If you’re able to staying with access to the Gold floor is a special treat

This was a great family vacation. The Hamilton Princess is a beautiful resort. It has great history, and they just completed a humongous renovation last year and I believe they plan to do the main lobby area in this next year. I highly recommend to upgrade your stay for to the FAIRMONT gold. The gold lounge provides a breakfast buffet, an afternoon teatime with bites, appetizers in the earlier evening, then followed by dessert. The hospitality is top-notch, we’ve traveled a lot, and the service here is unmatched. A shout out to the attendance at the gold lounge, Pascal and Rolly- they really take it to the next level and take care of their gold guests. The only thing I didn’t like was the route to the lobby and gold lounge from our room, it could get a little confusing the first few times as you have to go up and downstairs and many turns-which is just the way it’s played out.

I stay at the Hamilton Princess pretty regularly with work and it’s always a pleasure. This was the first stay with family — partner and two young children. They enjoyed it so much, with our little boy spending hours in and out of the infinity pool. It’s always a warm welcome — this time from Vijay on reception, and from the awesome staff in the Gold Lounge. I also really appreciated a lovely note from Roydell. Our room was very nicely done; sophisticated, modern and comfortable, with a great view over the pool towards the harbour. Oh and the kids just loved the buffet breakfast. The Hamilton Princess gets it all right in my view — everyone is smiling, the hotel looks great, the walls are covered in quirky artwork, the food is delicious and I love the pools at any time of year.

Dinner at intrepid was incredible. Ean was wonderful! He provides amazing service and very personalized. Great with kids. Super informative about menu, attentive for allergies, and knowledgeable about wine.
