Spacious room, comfy beds and pillows, and friendly staff. Love the water refill stations with the ice dispensers. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Nice room everything ok except ask for a cot never got one had to sleep on floor but it was ok would come again if had another wedding to attend other then that everything was good food was very good and portion was to much have a great day to spite the rain and cold.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Cori the canine concierge is everyone’s favorite. No mini fridge in room which I think should be standard in every hotel room at this point. Rooms are dated but the building is historic so not sure how much can be done about that. Can’t beat the location. Close to everything you could need or transportation to get you there.

I was welcome with a warm smile and great service; from the checking into the hotel, working out at the gym to an amazing dinner experience. I can't wait to come back! Good for Boston Hospital getaway

I am a patient at one of the many Boston hospitals for an extended treatment, booked this for my family to stay when they visited me to get away from Longwood medical area. Got a room with gold lounge access, the staff working the lounge were fabulous everyday, Friendly and helpful indeed. The lounge was nice place to relax after full day of visiting, although the same snacks every day for 5 days got old quickly. I would expect a bit of a change up now and then, choices seemed very uninspired. Decent selection in honor bar. Breakfast in lounge was perfect for us, fruit, coffee, pastry, yogurt, out on our way. Room was only okay, beds comfortable, pillows not so much. Chipped furniture, frayed fabric on chairs, really bad caulk job in bath (like a 12 year old did it), overall a tired room. I was able to have a refrigerator brought to our room for my medicine, was brought promptly after asking for it, although I did mention I needed it when booking and was not in the room when I checked in. The biggest complaint is the wall thermostat did not work. We called for engineering and he told us the only way to control the temp was to open the windows. For the price of this room I would expect more in the way of HVAC comfort. I had to go out and get a fan, didn't want to listen to traffic all night with the window open. Of course location is great, Boston is an easy city to get around, so good central position for us. I love the history and older architecture of the Copley, and understand its limitations, but I'm not sure I would stay there again...
