A mix of good and bad

Stayed a few night at this hotel and it was a mix of good and bad. First, the reception and breakfast staff were excellent. The free breakfast was very good and was definitely superior to any of the continental breakfast stuff you find at the typical US hotel. Fresh croissants several types of French bread and other pastry, cheeses, make your own boiled eggs, dried fruit etc. Two Nespresso type coffee machines available all day. The bed was firm but comfortable, pillows not so much. The area is pretty quiet near low traffic streets. The price was good and there are restaurants and supermarkets within a minute or two walk. Now for the bad, the carpets in the hallways and in the room were stained and housekeeping did not vacuum the floors, mop the bathroom floor or clean the toilet so cleanliness is an issue here. Also there are rust and mold in the bathroom. If you are on a budget, this is not a terrible place for a night or two max. Otherwise, I'd look for a different place to stay mostly because of the cleanliness issue.

This hotel basically gets everything wrong. It's as if they surveyed travelers about what they like about good hotels and then removed every single one of those features. Check in was rude and charged me $20 for being 45 minutes early... and took forever to do so. The room does not have the following: iron/ ironing board kettle refrigerator luggage rack functioning phone (not even to call reception) vent fan in bath tissues washcloths hand towels bottled water comfortable pillows Desk The hotel does not have a gym. Breakfast had no hot options on the first day and very limited hot options after that. The breakfast is pretty limited overall, unless you like bread, in which case you stand in a queue for the one knife and one cutting board. Restaurant food has no taste at all. Laundry is not delivered back to one's room - you must go get it from reception. Meeting room projector doesn't work - yet this was not compensated from room rental. And to cap it all off, the bill was wrong at the end!

I found my room uncleaned when arrived, got a new directly so ok but still a disappointing and disgusting first experience. The staff was really nice, but sorry to say that the rooms are quite poor and not relaxing after a long day.

Too far from airports

Hotel is well positioned in case you need go to the Renault R&D. But try to get there from Orly (at night) and you will be easily charged 60 EUR by taxi drivers. It’s a classic IBIS Style. Not the new standard unfortunately. PRO: - bed comfortable - simple but tasty breakfast CON: - too easy hear other rooms’ doors slamming - bathroom very small and not perfect in details - cleanliness means something else

Clean, stylish and friendly staff but wow for 1 night it is very expensive. Ate a late dinner, which they still served even after official hours, well cooked but a little small in terms of portion size. Breakfast is more than adequate.
