I want to extend a big thank you to Célia for her exceptional assistance during what I initially expected to be a difficult process of booking a room for an unaccompanied 17-year-old. From the moment I reached out, Célia made the entire process quick and efficient, ensuring all necessary arrangements were in place without any hassle. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out, and it made a significant difference in our experience. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and helpful service, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support. Thanks to Célia, we had peace of mind.. Clean, basic and convenient for train station

A very basic but clean hotel. Very convenient for the station. The area around it is a bit dirty. Room was not very big and shower is on the small side. We only stayed one night and it served our purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine.

We had a 4 night stay at this Ibis during a visit to Bordeaux. P Pros: The staff are friendly and were helpful with any questions we had. The room was good, being a good size, with a nice bathroom and strong shower. The air conditioning worked well. Cons: We had no hand towel for the duration of the stay to dry hands in bathroom. Location surrounding hotel was sketchy, we didn’t feel safe at night in the surrounding areas. Please get the tram if staying at hotel rather than walk back from Bordeaux centre, we were robbed in the ST Michel area during our first night when walking back to the hotel.

酒店整体还可以，可惜白金会员都没早餐，然后欢迎饮料也没有给。地理位置很出色。
