Our floor and room (210) had a very bad smell. We woke up in the night to find many cockroaches in the room. We now have to worry about bringing the cockroaches home. The hotel is not concerned by the infestation. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were absolutely lovely - so helpful and nice. They were the best thing about this hotel. It's a typical budget hotel in a big city, so do not expect anything more. Rooms were small and cramped but quite clean. Breakfast was sparse: by 8.30am, most of it was gone and not replenished. No kettle in rooms (this is now Ibis policy) so have to beg the staff for hot water. Location is very convenient: the direct airport bus stops here, and the C/D trams take you to city centre in less than 10 minutes.

This is a perfect place for me. The place has been beautifully modernized and decorated. Very close to the train station which was helpful for me. It was a 20 minute walk to the key tourist attractions. The staff were absolutely lovely. My room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was first class. It had all sorts of cheeses, lovely breads, fresh squeezed OJ, cerals and great coffee. I did not partake of the bar but it was available. There was also a nice seating area in the courtyard
