This has a great location right next to the airport. The room was nice. It has a minibar, but no other refrigerator or microwave. The fragrant smell coming in to the hotel at the reception desk was very overwhelming (like sneeze and headache overwhelming). The check in process was easy, with option for electronic check in with a kiosk at the desk.

From check-in to check-out, service and warmth was shown on all floors. Thank you to the Front Desk, namely: Molly, Kayla and my super-friendly check-out guy (whose name was too long for me to remember). Excellent hospitality by the Restaurant and Bar Staff. So good, that I can remember all their names: Harshit, Barsha, Selya, Alisha, Sushan and Subina. Thank you very much for the 5-star world-class service.

Modern, impeccable rooms. Beautiful set up. Very friendly staff. I simply have to mention Anchal at reception. She was absolutely delightful - able to engage with genuine interest, yet always remaining professional and polite. Our check in was fast, efficient and helpful. In this industry first impressions matter. She makes a lasting, positive impression.
