Small. Cramped. Airless. Noisy. Complicated tv. Poorly appointed decor akin to a new supermax. Dodgy iron. View onto a wall. No shampoo or conditioner etc. nice reception staff. Location ok. I don’t like staying here but it’s where work puts me.

Very good location central to Christchurch and the conference centre. Clean, functional and neat as a pin. Excellent service. Very friendly at all times. I left goods behind by mistake and they kindly posted it back to me. Would stay there again.

Very pleasant place to stay for a solo female traveler. Within walking distance of restaurants, parks and the CBD. Staff were very helpful, especially for technically challenged quests who could not access the wi-fi. Breakfast in the Peck restaurant was very nice. Very quiet, no noise from bar across the road.

Once again a lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful at check in. Arrived in our room to find a personal welcome back card and some sweets. Also given a welcome drink. Beds were ultra comfortable. Always a clean hotel with good service. You don’t get all the bells and whistles such as toiletries etc but this is an excellent priced hotel, so bring your own! Location is excellent as the city is at your doorstep. Plenty of cheap parking across the road. We will return.
