This has a great location right next to the airport. The room was nice. It has a minibar, but no other refrigerator or microwave. The fragrant smell coming in to the hotel at the reception desk was very overwhelming (like sneeze and headache overwhelming). The check in process was easy, with option for electronic check in with a kiosk at the desk.

From check-in to check-out, service and warmth was shown on all floors. Thank you to the Front Desk, namely: Molly, Kayla and my super-friendly check-out guy (whose name was too long for me to remember). Excellent hospitality by the Restaurant and Bar Staff. So good, that I can remember all their names: Harshit, Barsha, Selya, Alisha, Sushan and Subina. Thank you very much for the 5-star world-class service.

Modern, impeccable rooms. Beautiful set up. Very friendly staff. I simply have to mention Anchal at reception. She was absolutely delightful - able to engage with genuine interest, yet always remaining professional and polite. Our check in was fast, efficient and helpful. In this industry first impressions matter. She makes a lasting, positive impression.

This hotel location is eithin walking distance to terminal at the international arrival area . I stayed in three bedded room , equipped with all facitities to comfort my stay. There is a mezzanine lounge with cozy chairs, sofa and tables for relaxation. There are multipurpose/board rooms and innermost is the fitness center. It’s recoomecded to stay after late night orealy morning flight to/from airport.

A nice new hotel super convenient for late arrivals or early departures at Christchurch airport. Room was clean and comfortable typical hotel double room but the star was the bathroom - a vanity/basin which we only discovered as we were leaving could be sealed off with wooden slicing doors around two sides, and the big plus the separate rooms for the toilet and shower each of which had frosted glass entry doors - much nicer than the usual all-in-one hotel bathrooms. Excellent soundproofing - wouldn't know you were sleeping on an airport. The restaurant on the top floor (with spectacular double story glass surrounding) was excellent - had the best lamb racks I've ever had, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and comprehensive.
