I work around the world and this is the best hotel that i recommend. All of the staff is friendly especially Auguster. The breakfast is very nice. The room is comfortable and I'm staying for a few month. The hotel location from Myanmar plaza just around 1km.

5 stars service!!!

what an amazing experience during my staying here, the housekeeper especially Miss Auguster & Mr Kyaw Zaw did an amazing job tidying up my room. Honest staff and very dedicated to work. Wish them a good health . The accomodation is very good and enjoy a good breakfast too.

I feel like home during my stay. Mr. Nanda Tun have been helpful during my stay. All staff are trustworthy, friendly and helpful. I feel like i have been knowing the staff for a ling time. Facilities are good too. Haven't face any problem while staying in Mercure. The rooms ave very spacious and clean too.

The receptionist is very helpful and attended almost everything that i request. Room service is greats

The receptionist is very helpful and attended almost everything that i request. Room service is greats and I love their room. Spacious and the housekeeping staff do really good job to ensure it's cleaned. The food for breakfast is yummy. The room service is great. Most of the staff include Mr.Namda Tum is really friendly and always smile when I'm back from my business. I really happy even I'm tired. Thank you! Will come again soon. And i also recommend this to my frinds and family.

During my check in, I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organized and the friendly of your front desk team. Once again, thank you for providing such a delightful stay. 2. William and Nwe Nwe – concierge Thanks, a. These 2 gentlemen are always ready to assist guest and also helping us with our luggage. b. Specially thanks to Mr. NWENWE, he always checked and ensured the Gym aircon and light is on in the early hour of the morning. 3. Mr. Nanda and Mr. Aung Myo – security. a. Always have a pleasant smile and assist in carrying heavy bags. 4. Miss. Vashita -restaurant. a. She remembered my preference and cooked the egg the way I like. The egg is absolutely delicious .
