Clean room, the staff in the hotel are very kindly, the food is delicious, the pool area relaxing place, and the cleaning staff are detail to clean the room, and the location of the hotel is very nice near of the lake and mall plaza, the laundry services were too detailed.

Top rooms attached with the kitchen are so good for self-catering, and the rooms are clean and even pillows and carpet are daily cleaned during my stay for 2 weeks. Thanks for your kind service, Ma Naing Naing Swe and Kyaw Zaw. Dry cleaning and laundry services are also offered to the guest. Moreover, free wifi, a pool and car parking are also offered. Thanks again for your service and it's a pleasure to stay at Mercure Hotel even though just for my office work.

we stayed at two bedrooms and at least one and half month . First of all i really fall in love with all of the staff

The best residence in Town . fair and nice receptionist and helpful housekeeper. warm and close security. All the staff are like family members and they are always ready to help whatever we need . Clean and peaceful surroundings made us fresh

Room very clean , and very nice looking, All of staff very polite and friendly , Especially HouseKeeping name Zu Zu and Wai hnin are very nice guy and good serviceable. Facilities are in good shape , swimming pool so clean all the time ,include Gym room still clean and neat area that good to work out.

The hotel provides very good hospitality and the cleanliness is top tier. The front desk team and cafe waiter/waitresses are very helpful and never stop smiling. Thanks to the housekeeper, Ms Auguster and Mr Khant Lin Thant for their service throughout my stay.
