Clean hotel and very friendly staff

When I first arrived at this hotel, I was greeted by the smiles of the friendly staff. Almost all the staff would greet me whenever we met, and they always took care to ensure there were no inconveniences. Moreover, having Ms. Hsu Myat Khin Khin, who is proficient in Korean, made my stay at the hotel even more comfortable. Once again, I thank all the staff and Ms. Hsu Myat Khin Khin. This hotel is conveniently located near Myanmar Plaza and The Central, making it easy to get to the city center and access the airport. The always well-maintained rooms and delicious breakfast always made me happy. Although I didn't use them, the hotel also offers convenient facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. If I visit Yangon again, I plan to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and has many very good and friendly staff. I am very happy to deal with all the hotel staff during my stay here. When faced with a problem, the hotel staff quickly give answers and actions to solve it perfectly. I am very grateful to Mrs. Cinderella and Miss Zu Zu for helping and facilitating my affairs throughout my stay here. I hope this hotel will maintain this kind of momentum until when. The memories here mean a lot to me and I will never forget them. Thank you Hotel Mercure!

good facility and nice housekeeping done by Miss AUGUSTES & MR MYO MIN THEIN!they did a great job wile im staying in this hotel, not a single day in month they missed to cleanup and tidying up my room. This is my second time staying in this hotel overall everyone did a wonderful job here

Mercure Hotel Yangon is the best place to stay. They provide a lot of facilities such as gym, swimming pool,restaurant and hotel transportation.Most comfortable place and staff so friendly and the food is so good. First impressions of this is place wow. I definitely will come here again.

The Room is clean and The Bed , pillows are very soft , well sleep . Well spend the best night at Mercure. Breakfast is very good tease. Customer service is Good . Our Celebration the wedding reception at there. All of service, food are so good. Thank you.
