We stayed at the hotel for 9 days with my wife, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we found the peace we needed from our daily routines. We had a great time. The staff was incredibly kind and fulfilled all our wishes. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It’s perfect for couples and families alike.

We recently stayed in this lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was ground floor with its own garden and was subsequently cooler even in 35 deg heat. Pool, pool bar and restaurant great too. Would definitely stay again.

booked three nights without knowing that much far from the town thanks God hotel has free shuttle up and down. i first thank to all staff members for the kind hospitality especially Daniella, Valentina Giovanni these guys cover all minor and major problems with charms. Room i booked unfortunately not a five star hotel room , i understand they want to show rustic style but far beyond that holes, rough wall painting not even plastered the holes before paint , outdated bathroom ,not well working toilet flushing, with a short cut we may call primitive. balcony has uncomfortable two chairs and side table with a ashtray ehich is not cleared during our stay. with a final word you can stay with that amount of money in Rome five star chain hotel .they should do something if they want to be real five star. Breakfast was good open buffet waiters are very polite .champagne was there just to be there same half bottle stayed two days. Sorry but this is what i noticed during my stay .

The hotel is the most tranquil, peaceful place. It is set in lovely scented gardens and from the moment you enter its gated grounds you are looked after by truly wonderful staff who cannot be more helpful. Food is outstanding, local and seasonal, typically Apulian but top chef quality, just the experience we had wanted. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and quaint. The treatments in the spa helped us instantly relax following our journey and were expertly delivered. The pool was never too busy, beds were always available and staff to look after us. Although the hotel is in a rural area it is an easy journey to Polignano and it is well located to visit other places either by car or train from Polignano. Cannot fault this place and cannot wait to go back! The most beautiful, tranquil base from which to explore Puglia, run by the best hotel staff we have ever met!
