Fijn hotel, echter is de locatie iets minder

We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our hotel, the comfort of your room, and your overall stay with us. Your comments are truly appreciated. Regarding the hotel location, our resort is designed to offer a peaceful and relaxing beachfront atmosphere away from the busy areas, allowing guests to enjoy a more tranquil stay. During our guests’ stay, our reception team also provides a complimentary shuttle bus service to Phuket Old Town for guest who interested to discover local culture and local restaurants and Central Phuket Floresta for guests who wish to enjoy shopping. We understand that location preferences may vary for each traveler. At the same time, we regret to learn that certain aspects did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room condition, we appreciate your feedback and will certainly share it with our management team as we continuously review opportunities for future improvements and enhancements to our facilities. Concerning the Wi-Fi speed, we apologize that the connection did not meet your expectations. Na onze eerste positieve ervaring in 2022 met Pullman, dit jaar weer dezelfde locatie geboekt en dit keer in december. Personeel is scherp en dit vertaald ook in de uitvoering. Wat door ons als prettig ervaren wordt. Uitstraling van het hotel is uitnodigend. Wij hebben nu ook Pullman Hillstreet Singapore geboekt rond Oud en Nieuw en gaan nu al uit van het positieve. Voor in de toekomst, afhankelijk van de locatie in Azië, zullen wij zeker Pullman hotel boeken.

Goed hotel met goede fasciliteiten. Goed personeel, dat echter beter op talenkennis getraind moet worden
