Wir wären hier insgesamt 11 Nächte und haben keine einzige Sekunde bereut. Die 3 Pools, die Grünanlagen - wie ein Garten Eden -, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und das traumhafte Frühstück! Nach 5 Nächten haben wir verlängert und sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Resort und es hat uns grundsätzlich sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer, die Ruhe, Pools und das Essen war sehr gut. Wir würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns aber dennoch nicht gefallen. Wir hatten All inklusive gebucht und die Getränke an der Pool an sollten eigentlich bis 19 Uhr inkludiert sein, leider hat die Poolbar schon um 18:15 zugesperrt. Zudem war die Auswahl der inkludierten Getränke sehr begrenzt. Wir verstehen nicht, warum nicht alle Getränke die laut Speisekarte gleich viel kosten würden inkludiert sind. Zudem durften wir die Getränke des Pearl Cafés nicht mitnehmen, obwohl es To-Go Becher dort gäbe, sondern hätten diese in der Lobby trinken müssen. Die Dessert, welche im Speiselokal dabei sind, sind im Pearl Café nicht inkludiert, was wir auch nicht ganz verstanden haben. Was uns auch noch ein bisschen gestört hat ist, dass wir untertags immer ins Lokal essen gehen mussten und nicht an der Poolbar, die Speisen die inkludiert gewesen sind, bestellen konnten (wo die inkludierten Speisen auch verfügbar waren). Zudem müssen wir beanstanden, das normales Wasser tagsüber nicht im All inklusive inkludiert ist. Eine Kleinigkeit noch: ich esse überwiegend vegetarisch und möchte in Thailand thailändische Gerichte. Jedoch wäre die Auswahl an Hauptspeisen auf 1 Gericht beschränkt gewesen, da es nichts mit Tofu oder nicht einmal ein klassisches Fischgericht gab, weswegen ich notgedrungen auf Garnelen, Krabbe und Huhn ausweichen musste. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und das Essen ist grundsätzlich sehr gut und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein absoluter Hammer.

Gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Zum Teil aber sehr schmutzig, vor allem die die Kissen der Liegen am Pool, diese sind zusätzlich ausgesessen. Insgesamt nicht einladend. Viel zu wenig liegen an den Pools für die Anzahl Gäste. Auch die Kissen des Sofas auf dem Balkon waren alt, ausgesessen und sehr Schmutzig. Auch hier zieht man es vor, sich lieber nicht sich darauf zu setzen, was den Balkon somit unbrauchbar macht. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage gut. Zimmer Reinigung sehr spät am Tag, meistens um 16:00/17:00.
