Das Hotel an sich ist gut, Servicekräfte nett aber entspricht nicht den Erwartungen eines 5 Sterne Kategorie. Als Diamond Kunde habe ich keiner der Annehmlichkeiten erfahren und Frühstücksraum immer voll. Werde nun nach über 15 Jahren die All Accor Kette verlassen.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Silvesteraufenthalt im Avista Hideaway Phuket gefreut, wurden jedoch leider auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte durchweg überfordert, was einen reibungslosen Service unmöglich machte. Unser Zimmer befand sich in einem bedenklichen Zustand: abgenutzte Einrichtung, Schimmelgeruch und mangelnde Sauberkeit – von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwartet man anderes. Auch die Hotelanlage entspricht keineswegs den ansprechenden Fotos. Liegen am Pool sind Mangelware, und die steile Hanglage macht das Gelände beschwerlich zu begehen. Wer ein gepflegtes Resort mit entspannter Atmosphäre sucht, wird hier nicht fündig. Unser Fazit: Weder Service noch Ausstattung rechtfertigen die 5-Sterne-Klassifizierung. Sehr schade – denn die Vorfreude war groß.ben.
