welcome was slow in coming. even getting them to answer the phone took ages. Room tired, with rottong window sill and mouldy shower. rubbish under bathroom bench. carpet stained in numerous places in the hallway no minibar, and no information about room service

We are locals in Darwin and often enjoy staycations here as this hotel has the best pool in Darwin. This time, we booked a two-bedroom suite on the Novotel side to celebrate our daughter's 6th birthday. The room was very spacious, offering a lovely view over the northern suburbs of Darwin and the pool. We hosted her birthday by the poolside, near the fire pit, and the setup turned out beautifully. Everyone who attended commented on how fantastic the venue was. The food was very generous too! A special mention to Hansani and Benny, who went above and beyond to look after us throughout the celebration. They checked in regularly and ensured everything ran smoothly. Thank you again! Our daughter is already set on having her 7th birthday here next year!

Disappointed..planned the weekend for a nice family get-together. Check-in friendly, however confusing directions.. but easily rectified. Reception area , pool area Cafe and bar all clean, great casual tropical atmosphere . Up to the room we went..hmmm. 2 bedroomed apartment. First impressions..very outdated, but that's ok. First room..overwhelming musty mouldy odour. We opened the door and hoped fresh air would help. Sofa stained as were the curtains and carpet. Small table with only 2 chairs for a room that could take 4. Balcony over looking pool.. great table and seating. Looked forward to binging on Netflix our 2nd evening..no Netflix connection. We were offered another room, which we declined at that time of the day. The majority of staff were friendly and professional.. check out was very efficient. We are locals .. we have always recommended this hotel. However, will not do so any further as the accommodation side is seriously outdated and questionable cleanliness.

Awful absolutely terrible we heard verry highly about it and was absolutely disgusted and disappointed Moldy fridge and moldy shower showers were verry un accessible and The customer service was just rude and unprofessional no blankets provided the service was just rude the pool area was disgusting the bathroom were awful honestly it has gone down hill and it’s so expensive and you still get treated awfully and payed more for a nice balcony view and we got a view of the roof of check in this is my honest review and I will never ever be recommending this to anyone

Never stay here , front reception are incompetent and rude , the worst - my mother was staying in the adjoining hotel at the Mercure , never has soo much miscommunication in regards to parking, obviously they will try ANYTHING for a quick buck - Watch out!!
