Dear Explore621641, Thank you for sharing your review. We deeply apologise for all the shortcomings that you experienced and are working hard to rectify them accordingly. I have addressed the room issues with the Rooms Division Manager who will be following this up with her team. We are also sourcing quotes for the window washing and will be sharing them with the body corporate of the building. As for the fire alarms, we have been working with the body corporate and its contractor to mitigate them. We hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you back at either Mantra on the Esplanade or Mantra Pandanas for a much-improved experience. Sincerely, Terence

Dear robynt1111, Thank you for your review. We wish you a quick recovery for your foot. We apologise that your stay did not meet your expectation and I will follow up with the relevant managers regarding the alternative that were offered to you for the bathroom set up. Though we do not have a restaurant on site, we have partnered with the Novotel next door to provide room service delivery and there are menus in the rooms for same.
