We have stayed in some of the best hotels all over the globe and this hotel is up there with the best. Nothing was too much trouble, the service from the front desk was exemplary in particular from Clarissa who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was very professional and is a credit to the hotel

My second time there. I absolutely love this hotel. The layout, the neighborhood, the hotel design in a bucolic and quiet old coffee farm, and mainly the service. The people are amazing. During my two night stay I had the pleasure to interact mainly with Clarissa at the reception and Thiago and Carlos at the Tereze restaurant. Nice people all around, very attentive to details and knowledgeable about the hotel business. See y'all next year again.

We have stayed in many high quality hotels all over the globe and this hotel stands tall with all of them. The professionalism of the staff and the friendliness was super. In particular Clarissa on the front desk was the epitome of the style of this hotel.

Wow! What an incredible hotel. I came here a day after my birthday and I had not even told them and they prepared so many surprises for me. Thank you Fabricio--your care and attention meant the world to us! Thank you also for the warm welcome...we really felt right at home. The room was incredible, the food was amazing, incredible views and a beautiful pool. The staff was also my favorite--they were very personable, and a big shout out to Bruna and Babi for also helping us with all of our requests. Thank you for making this an extraordinary stay!

A definite 5 star experience which I’m pleased to have had.

Such a great welcoming experience, made to feel that I was very much at home from the moment I arrived. The exceptional level of service extends from the reception staff through to every interaction with the team; from the spa to the restaurant (shout out to Henrique).
