It took time to solve a problem with my check-in, and I was only able to get in my room after hours. The bathroom was really small, wich can be a little bit inconvenient for those who are sharing room.

I found the staff unkind and grumpy. The hotel is uncomfortable, facilities such as hairdryers and lockers are lacking. This was the first bad experience with the accor hotels, they are usually very nice. I fell disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel for RJ Marathon/half-marathon

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times already, usually for Marathon/races in Rio de Janeiro. It is clean, well located, and usually well priced. First time we have included breakfast. It is simple, but tasty and has many offerings. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good in general, very tidy. Clean, confortable, although I felt unconfortable while using the bathroom and the room often smelled like someone have been smoking in there before me. The Lounge room decoration is excellent.

They cancelled our booking in the mast minute!!!!!! We tried paying with 4 different cards and they rejected them all!! Big scammers! AVOID! They will ruin your holiday and cancel your booking even though you have provided them with a valid card!
