Back to mercure cikini several times and found it always good choice for meeting and business trip. Comfy bed and they recognized our status and automatically upgraded rooms and other services. Arrived Jakarta at midnight and glad i got nice rooms with fruits and some snacks. On the day time this area little bit crowded but still ok. Hotel location also nead chemist (kimia farma) and other foods and coffee shops.

The room is very clean, with quite complete facilities, ther room and bed is comfortable to rest. It is no necessary to go far to find food in area cikini. Swimming pool in roof top its very nice view when in evening. And enjoy in their bar. Good services and nice stay.

Your platinum status were not really "recognized". They delayed my check in hours even when I notified early at 12pm in the afternoon, I would be there presently. Although I paid a really high rate on non refundable rate and they only upgraded only 1 level above my booked room although the hotels seems had many rooms available based on my checking ALL apps on that day. Even after I waiting 1 hours they don't let me check in because its just said the room simply unavailable, upon a little argumentation, they upgrade my rooms and let me check in at that time. what a really lowly recognition toward your status even though you are loyal. The positive side is the room is clean, the restaurant staffs are attentive and i like the room design and style. The breakfast were not really that good and I personally like others choices more such as Swissotel PIK or Pullman CP. Personally I would never stay in this hotel again nor recommend it to my colleagues and family for whatever reason is and would be prefer to stay somewhere else based on my previous experience. So sorry to say that

This was our second time staying at Mercure Cikini and we always satisfied about the service. The whole team really wonderful. Thank you for making my daughter Hippocratic Oath went well. The team just marvelous, mba Nesya who make sure we have enough chairs for our MUA, mas Adnan whos taking care our wifi problem and my request for Hippocractic Oath surprise gift, mba Fannie who prepared a mirror surprise with a cute little bear doctor. They also make sure the taxi was there as our request for the big day. Its an excellent team work. Thank you so much Mercure Cikini and team. See you again❤️ Ibu Ayu n Savana

I didn't expect the hotel to be kids friendly. Stayed in the executive suite, there was a kids tent & toys. The kids were so happy like they had their own castle. The room was super comfortable, suitable for families. There were free arcade games and ding dong machines, hehe, unique, not all hotels have them. During breakfast, there was also a special breakfast menu for kids, like a kids station. It's okay for kids. The swimming pool on the rooftop has a 120cm deep section and a 60cm deep section for kids. Floats are also provided. There is a playground with bouncy facilities and other fun games. The location is also very close to TIM. It could be a reference for your next family vacation
