Its nice that I choose this place, pau pau was very helpful and assist me in every time. I would love to stay here again and recommend this place to my friends, the vibe, place, and people here all are nice and I had a pleasant stay here and looking forward to be here again.

Thankyou for the hospitality, the hotel served kids activity on sunday morning made cute rabbits from cotton rag. Even there was a giant teddy bear came playing with kids. Thankyou mba Nayla and Fanny for the kindness. The breakfast was good. The room isnt not that spacious but quite enough for few days.

Is a great hotel to stay in central jakarta. The facilities is complete enough and properly staff name Mr. Agi is really helpfull during my stay at mercure cikini. The taste of food also very good and i will come back to this hotel to stay in jakarta. Keep it up

I enjoyed my first stay in a Mercure hotel. The receptionist, Pau, was very helpful to show me the ways of Indonesia. The bed was particularly comfortable. The full Asian breakfast was exceptional. This is the hotel I will return to when I am next in Jakarta.

The hotel is everything you can ask for. Front Desk, Buffet, Rooms, Location, Cleanliness. Cannot complaint on anything at all! Exactly as expected and beyond! Special mention to staff like Hezkiel, Aldo and many more who make the stay personal and enjoyable.
