The hotel is cosy and friendly staff Restaurant nice set up,, breakfast fantastic A bit noisy from the train nearby track.. Location is not bad Some times there is a traffic jam Special thanx to Nadia for her help and smiling face I will come back for sure

I came over for bussiness trip and stayed at mercure Cikini Jakarta and feel like home sweet home. Nice hotel with spacious and clean room. The service from staff was great for especially for housekeeping staff “Amanda” Thanks have help to me.. This hotel have great view and the location very strategic.

I stay for a bussiness trip for 3 days, it was very easy to comunicate with Mrs. Titi, fully support to acomodate everything we need before or at the meeting. Also i do really appreciate for Mr Toni, Mrs Elen, and teams for acomodating all we ask in the day of meeting. And also, every participants said the coffee break and food for lunch and dinner is so tasty, the would love to come here again. if you looking for a hundred pax meeting, i really recomend this hotel, you should experience their hospitality.

Never imagine Mercure Cikini can be suitable for family. Nice and attentive staff from the receptionist, housekeeping until the restaurant staff. As an Accor privilege member we are also welcomed with various options of welcome drink and afternoon tea set. Also they have cooking class for kids in weekend, with Mba Fannie and Chef Shelly host the event that makes kids feel the excitement of being little chef. Great jobs Mercure Cikini team :)
