Stayed at Mercure Jakarta Cikini and was impressed with the room quality. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The design felt modern yet cozy, making the stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was well prepared upon arrival. Everything was in good condition and properly maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay with a comfortable room in a great location. Would gladly stay here again.

Outstanding Service and Comfortable Stay My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From check-in until check-out, everything was handled in a very professional and smooth manner. The Front Office staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well prepared upon arrival. The housekeeping team maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my stay, and all amenities were well stocked. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day, and the room environment was quiet and relaxing. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Every team member I encountered was polite, respectful, and genuinely cared about guest comfort. Any questions or requests were handled promptly and with a smile, which made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall ambiance of the property was pleasant and inviting. The location is also a big plus, as it is easy to reach and close to many important places, making it very convenient for travelers. In conclusion, I had a great experience at this hotel.
