1st time to stay at Ibis Styles Jakarta Simatupang, enjoyable! Nice staff from start , clean room clean bathroom . Spacious room and well decorated room. Haven't had time to try breakfast. Nice parking lot but the pathway need more space for cornering

I've stay 2 nights Thank you so much ibis Style simatupang!! you guys are rock special Mr Henry I think at FO asst manager who very polite check in us, everything is nice and good. Room are cleaned good smell I wish u guys keep it up this standards hotel. And for the restaurant staff just give litle bit, please give a bit attention to guest, I see many of them they didn't checking their guest upon they come in to restaurant.. And I've order some food from room service twice with different price some item.(White rice) first with 20K second I order only 12K..that's it..

Nice and comfy hotel, the team serve well The room facility good, cleanliness good Breakfast good, also have an Indonesian traditional drink ("Jamu") Close to Citos Mall, so it's easy to sight seeing there Restaurant well prepared Also Junita as a F&B service quite helpful

Excellent Service,strategic and convenient location.Front desk Dita and Wahyudi are friendly and so helpful.Knowledgeable in areas and places of attraction.Room are clean,cozy and complete with amenities.Meals and hangout just next door at Cilandak Town Square.5min walk.

The hotel is strategically located in south Jakarta next to Citos. The hotel is super clean, friendly staff and vibrant decor. Breakfast was great as well, offering traditional Indonesian and western dishes. Mba Mita is wonderful as well and assisted me with my questions.
