The room is comfy, the staffs are very friendly. Upon checking out ms Dita and mr Hendri help me a lot. Keep up the good work. Oh I do hope that the tv channels will change into the smart one like Netflix or YouTube on tv

The room is cozy and good temperature. We did sleep well. Highly recommended for staycation with the family. We will surely book again in the future. The service is good and with friendly staff. Happy kids😊

fresh, maybe that one word who can discribe this hotel, have energizing docoration and comfy room. the service? you dont have to worry this accor group, the service is perfect, but maybe you have to little patient when check in on peak season, because they only have 2 receptionist table, and sometimes, the queing are crazy.

One morning I was in a hurry to leave for a meeting with an important client, causing me to have breakfast on the way, in this condition I couldn't have breakfast at the restaurant, I tried to ask for breakfast to be brought, but ibis didn't allow me to take away the breakfast, I hoped that the condition I can get this.
