We had an excellent stay. Check-in was delayed because of a computer problem, which is understandable. We went to the restaurant White Rock to stay till it was worked out. Service was slow but friendly. Food was adequate. Got to our room an hour later. Nicely appointed room. Roomie. Bathroom large. Towels fluffy. Sheets and bed modern. Very comfortable for sleeping. Great view out the window. Pleasant check in with Adi. they also kept our suitcases after checkout for us, and we appreciated it for several hours. Breakfast buffet was ample, well laid out, but busy. We did have to wait this morning for 15 minutes until there was a table. Lots of choices for vegetarians. Swimming pool lovely cold even the 90° weather. Used the spa services and enjoyed my massage. Everyone helpful and accommodating. Room was nice and spotless. Reasonable prices. Would absolutely stay again. Was our favorite on our trip.

I absolutely adore the Mercure hotel; it's always my top pick when I'm in Jakarta. The executive room is incredibly spacious, and I had a perfect view of Jakarta! The staff is friendly. However, there's room for improvement in the check-in process; I had to wait in line for more than 10-15 minutes.

Really enjoyed my staycation there. The room was clean, the food was great. I really had a good time havig a dinner at the restaurant, especially dessert corner. Cant wait to get back there with my love ones

Worst booking experience. Will never stay at the hotel. Staff and management blaming me despite their own mistake. Unprofessional staff members. Despite being an accor plus gold member, the service is really bad.
