It was an amazing experience, the room and appliances were all very nice. Staff are friendly especially one that catch my attention, miss maya if i’m not mistaken. She helped me with the checkouts and everything fast, handle my request well, very helpful and friendly. My overall experience was amazing place, staff, view, they have their own standards on doing business.

Nice big hotel with a great buffet breakfast. Attentive staff, special thanks to Jin /Jean/ who did a sunset walk with us. There is a fantastic view from neighbouring hills. We appreciated free daily shuttle to Kuta. The only small drawback for us was the beach which wasn’t suitable for swimming.

Had so much fun staying at Pullman Mandalika! Coming at the end of the year (mid-November), it rained during most of our stay, but the hotel offered plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Overall, it was an amazing experience, especially the archery session with Mas Iddin. He is a friendly staff member who accompanied us throughout the activity. Thank you for the hospitality?

Great hotel for vacation of course, or other purpose like business or other trip. Facilities are very good, start from the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant andd swimming pool, and the most amazing thing is beautiful natural view from the hotel. Direct access to the beach is an advantages to stay at this hotel

I had an amazing stay that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The service was truly outstanding, and I felt well taken care of every moment. A special thank you to Kabul for his exceptional service—he made my stay even more memorable with his warm and professional approach. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The facilities were also top-notch, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful experience I had, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re looking for a place that combines warmth, luxury, and outstanding service, this is it! Highly recommended!
