We can’t fault the whole experience from the food staff service and cleanness. We would like to say a very special thank you to satria at the pool bar making us feel very special , nothing was to much trouble . Reza from the restaurant down stairs . ADI at the front desk . Hakim the driver . And adid who welcomed us on arrival making us a beautiful drink . And to the boys that cleaned our rooms . We would like to thank all the staff at seafood restaurant for such amazing food . If I could give you a 100 stars I would . You all made us feel very welcome special. Overall, it was a lovely stay. The room was great and there were plenty of choices at breakfast buffet. If you want to make your stay more memorable, do sign up for the Sunset Picnic at Bukit Seger. For a short and easy hike, we got to enjoy a beautiful view as well as nice snacks and drinks. Thanks to our friendly and informative guide, Taweng, he even shared some interesting stories about Pricess Mandalika. Much appreciated!

Very average stay

After arriving from Bali, we were very optimistic about our stay here with the stunning appearance and impressive lobby. After a few days the cracks did start to show as we felt the staff were very slow around meal times and some mornings we just went without coffee as they didn’t come to the table at all. The food is a positive as the portions are very big and it was good food with lots of options on the menu. My parents used the spa and were very underwhelmed, having been delayed 45 minutes at their appointment, and then being offered a mediocre 10% discount. While we stayed, my parent’s room had water leaking from the ceiling (seen in other reviews), and were upgraded to a garden villa which was a nice touch. The hotel is very corporate and not really a family holiday hotel, all seems a bit sterile with not an awful lot of character. I’m conflicted with other reviews praising the service as we felt the staff were very inattentive, and struggled a lot with english, bearing in mind this is an international hotel.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Elang Firdaus as Front Office Supervisor for being very responsive in helping me when my room had a problem. He provided perfect service even though it was late at night. I could feel a very sincere service. and also shoutout to Mr Angga (if im not mistaken) as F&B Manager for being gentle contact me thru phone room for asking apologize regarding small accident about the hygine of the food when i get breakfast this morning at AER restaurant. Thanks also for souvenir given to me Great Job Pullman Lombok team. superb 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
