Everyone there are amazing. Rooms are great. Comfortable. One of my favourite places I’ve stayed around the world. Location is quiet and beautiful. But close enough to be busier if needed. Great food. Prices are very reasonable. Always look forward to returning right here.

Spent 3 nights at Novotel in shared pool garden Villa. The room was great, very spacious with lovely private (shared) pool, well designed and maintained. Outdoor seating, hammock and sun beds. The main beachfront pool is also wonderful next to the bar which serves super drinks and food. Breakfast buffet was very good and Udin gave very attentive service with the rest of his team. The reception team are also super helpful arranging scooter hire and answering any questions you may have. The hotel grounds are well looked after and the hotel has real character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend highly.

Staff is friendly and try the very best to make our stay comfortable. As we visited the resort again within three months from our first stay, most of the staff we know and they can recognise us. We had a great stay as staff treated us as friends. Let to say thank you to the reception, the restaurant, bar and pool team that made feel at home.

Hotelnya bagus , staff are friendly , kind and very helpfull . Beach are beautifull , a lot facilities arround the hotel , room very clean . Restaurant are amazing . And most important The GM Mr . Han are very handsome . We Gonna stay here again soon . Cheers , 5 star for Novotel Lombok .

The service and beauty of this place was beyond our wildest dreams. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. There was nothing they couldn’t help me with, including getting to the airport and finding some special gifts for my family. We were originally thinking, since this place is a little bit older that it would have lost it magic. It fits majestically with the landscape and habitat that you find yourself wanting to stroll along there picturesque paths. It’s family friendly yet I could’ve easily enjoyed this resort with just my husband. I also appreciated their efforts to reduce environmental impact, which I have noticed many other resorts have not. I would have spent more if they asked. I especially recommend going during their off-season. It felt like a movie that you never wanted to end.
