Clean & comfy resort with great private beach and pool with a swim up pool bar. Be sure to checkout the sunset walk. The view from Seger hill (ticketed entry at Rp5000/pax) was spectacular. Pullman staff Iddin led the sunset walk and he was a great guide. For improvement: 1. Would be nice to have a strict non-smoking room (not even balcony) for non-smoking category, and a smoking & non-smoking day bed area for pool & beach. Pleasant, fresh sea breeze was polluted from the smell of cigarette smoke. 2. Tub took a long time to fill. Need some improvements with the water pressure.

This resort is a must-choose for rest. Enjoy the sea, stars, and unique sunsets. The 4 daily shuttles make exploring the city easy. Martha’s exceptional service and care exceeded expectations. Despite my illness, the staff, including Nindy with her special pasta, were outstanding. Thank you to all staff for their effort.

Beautiful new hotel close to Kuta central spread over 5 acres Lovely friendly polite kind staff Rooms are ok what one expects from a 4-5* hotel 2 restaurants and a poolside cafe Limited local cuisine can benefit from more Too many western dishes No evening events or entertainment at all Would certainly benefit and enhance the stay

New hotel ticks all the boxes

Family of 4. A beautiful suite and a double room for the kids. Being a new 5 star hotel all furnishings and decor both interior and exterior were exemplary and high quality. Spacious and a stunning modern design especially the entrance. Excellent service throughout from organising our daily car service (gleaming black 4 x 4) to offering quality food and beverage. Swimming pool was warm and clean and the beach and grounds immaculate. Hotel’s 2 restaurants were very quiet almost deserted at dinner even though the food was magnificent. On the third night a guest explained this was because Kuta was only a six minute drive with a wide choice of magnificent restaurants with great food at drop dead prices. The guests kept to themselves and were classy. At weekends locals use the pool facilities in the afternoon. A good few Australian accents around but by no means the dominant group Overall a brilliant hotel. Thank you - Thoroughly deserved a 5 star review
