Noise from the motorbike circuit unbearable and less elegant than on the website.

The structure disappointed us a little: it is older and less elegant than the photos on the website. Less exclusive than it seemed. For example, in the evening there are no tables for dinner on the beach with candles, no romantic restaurant. But it's great for breakfast, with a rich buffet (but very slow coffee service) and for lunch. It needs a restyling. Unbearable is the background noise of the motorbikes that practice all day (!!) in the new GP motorbike circuit built behind the hotel. We were also disappointed by the sea, very different from the photos, it reminded us of the lake, with a seabedof algae. Nothing to do with the Gili Islands and their white beaches. And even on the beach, the incessant noise of the motorbikes gave us no rest. From 11.45am you can no longer swim, due to low tide. However, I want to applaud the staff, who are always friendly, especially the reception: helpful, friendly, efficient!

style hotel. It's a place you don't often see. All staff are friendly and always smile and say hello. I recommend it as a place where you can relax comfortably. I especially recommend this place to Koreans because it has a Korean manager. I'm making good memories. However, the facilities are a bit old.

I cant say ask more happines for this magnificient Hotel. Its location and its cultural buildings suits perfectly in a luxurious combination. The hotel has beautiful beach that comforts us privately. Their swimming pools and a lot of activity which hotel provided also cheers us much with an infinity beach’s view. As well as the hotel, the employees also very very friendly. They bring the sense of family so then makes it even more comfortable to have a long stay at this hotel This hotel also provide great and safe kids club, so we have no worries to let our kids play there. They provide professional photographer which ready to capture your activity with the beautiful view. Greets for the best staf ever from FO team: *LEHA* ,Agung,Risman,Wira,Milla, Erna,Kardi,azis. Restoran team: Santana,Anto,Udin,Erma. Beach team: Sumi, Affan, Imam, Cakra, Sam, Lanum, Elum. Look I can remember they all after their kindhearted services. and the GM Mr Han is very humble If you look the best hotel ever with a magificient view, great services and keeps private, please no look other than Novotel kuta Lombok.

The staff at this resort are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The resort is lovely and well maintained with everything you need without being over the top and out of keeping with the area. Travelling solo it was great to have a welcoming place to come back to after a day out and to feel comfortable and safe. The racing track next door is a bit of an eye sore but can be avoided. Do treat yourself to a spa treatment
