bilik yg cantik selesa tetapi berbau seperti bangkai tikus, breakfast sedap, makanan tghari sedap, makan mlm tutup awal sebelom 7.30 sedangkan dalam jadual kursus kami makan malam di sediakan 6.30-8.30. sistem parking bertingkat yang sangat canggih dan sangat selamat, tetapi juga menyusahkan pengguna mahu menyimpan dan mengambil barang, juga untuk keluar menunggu terlalu lama jika ada kecemasan.

very friendly staff... dari carpark sampai during checkout time, semua staff sangat membantu.. good food, cuma nasi goreng (bengkel Jabatan Pertanian on 1st day) ada sedikit masin.. bilik selesa, lengkap..berbaloi...cuma tv problem agak lama menunggu...so far sangat memuaskan hati sebab staff semua baik2.. tq mercure hotel.
