The hotel is well located with easy access to public transport. The rooms are OK, very clean with comfortable beds, coffee and tea makers, and some also have a small balcony. Perhaps an upgrade to breakfast, which is below the hotel level, would be indicated.

Lovely room shame they forgot to restock the teas but coffee was lovely, with a nice nespresso machine, shower was fab. Just wish mercure would have more than just French channels on the tv with Prime, Now, Netflix etc and smart TVs it’s easy to provide other options.

This hotel is the standard Mercure. Clean, better than basic, fine. But don’t confuse this with the other Mercure in St Malo. This one is a fair distance from intra muros. The welcome was less than graceful. Greeted by a rather distant receptionist. We were told that the indoor parking was full and then directed fairly peremptorily to a nearby car park. It was all fine, but not what I came to expect from Mercures in my working life. She seemed to respond better later when I spoke French, asking where breakfast was to be served. It was the usual Mercure. Reliable and fine for work. If you want something special on holiday, maybe try another place,

It's not amazing, but it's good enough. Our family room was very nice and specious. It's also easy to come with the car, although their parking is very limited and small. But all in all it works well for the price. If the price of the room makes sense to you and you don't mind not being within walking distance from the historical centre, it's a good choice.

Modern hotel 20 minutes from the walled town. It has its own underground parking which must be reserved in advance. The staff are very helpful and had good recommendations fir eating locally and in the walked town. Would definitiely recommend staying there.

I will share it with our team and I am sure that it will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. We are glad that the geographical location of our hotel has met your expectations. Ideally located opposite the train station and 1km away from Intra-Muros, the various tourist and cultural points of the city and its surroundings are easily accessible. Concerning the parking, we have 15 underground parking spaces for 77 rooms. Access is by reservation only and at an additional cost. If we unfortunately run out of space, you can always find a parking space in one of the public parking lots around the hotel. These parking lots are chargeable during the day and free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
