Dear Cristianl369, We're sorry you had a bad experience with us. Indeed, the 3rd floor of the hotel is mansard-roofed but it is a style that some guests like. We note for your future stays that this is not your case. Our receptionists and technicians are available 24 hours a day to repair any malfunctions in the rooms, such as shower heads or burn-out bulb, as long as they are notified.
