Gutes 5 Sternhotel , schön ausgestattete Zimmer, moder und Elegant. Ist ca 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Frühstück okay aber nicht mehr. Dinner im Italiennischen Restaurant sehr gut. Personal im ganzen Hotel freundlich aber sehr langsam und unorganisiert.

Thanks to mr. Kajav yang sudah membersihkan kamar kami dgn sangat baik. Liburan jd terasa lebih baik thank you Sofitel. sebenarnya perjalanan kami ke KL bukan utk berlibur namun utk berobat. Tp karena hasil nya semua memuaskn, kami memutuskan utk extend beberapa hari & memilih Sofitel menjadi destinasi kami :)

El piso 16 donde me alojé tenía un olor un poco desagradable, pienso que son las alfombras, están muy sucias y eso le da un aspecto feo al hotel
