We are very concerned to learn about the sightings of cockroaches, as this is not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold. Our pest control measures are taken seriously, and we have immediately escalated this matter to our housekeeping and engineering teams as well as our external pest control provider for urgent follow-up. We also regret that the cleaning service did not thoroughly address the areas where you had reported the issue. This should not have been overlooked, and we will be reinforcing our room inspection procedures with the housekeeping team to ensure greater attention to detail moving forward. Buena la verdad solo ví una cucaracha en el ascensor. Mis compañeros del ala de los apt. Dice que no les ofrecieron agua y que estaba sucio debajo de las camas nos quedamos 10 personas en diferentes lugares del hotel. Sugeriría incluir el desayuno. Pero a mí me gustó mucho

We have already informed our housekeeping and pest-control teams to carry out a thorough inspection and ensure these issues are addressed promptly. Regarding the complimentary water for guests at the aprtment wing, there is a filter available in the apartment for drinking water. Therefore, bottled water is not placed in the apartments. However, if the guest still prefers bottled water, the guest may request for them. We also understand the confusion regarding the make up room button, and we apologize for the missed service. We are enhancing our in-room instructions to make this clearer for our guests. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
