Buena la verdad solo ví una cucaracha en el ascensor. Mis compañeros del ala de los apt. Dice que no les ofrecieron agua y que estaba sucio debajo de las camas nos quedamos 10 personas en diferentes lugares del hotel. Sugeriría incluir el desayuno. Pero a mí me gustó mucho

Regarding the complimentary water for guests at the aprtment wing, there is a filter available in the apartment for drinking water. Therefore, bottled water is not placed in the apartments. However, if the guest still prefers bottled water, the guest may request for them. We also understand the confusion regarding the make up room button, and we apologize for the missed service. We are enhancing our in-room instructions to make this clearer for our guests. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. El verano pasado he estado en pulman miraflores (peru) y en ese caso el trato fue malo en recepción,en este caso en la llegada fue muy cordial. En primer lugar lo peor es el olor de las almohadas estaban sucias y olían a sudor ,y seguido con que he pedido el desayuno 15 minutos pues tenía el trasporte a las 6:30 am? Le dije en recepción que tomaba algo frio y un cafe cosa que me negaron en su lugar se estuvieron riendo de mí con el encargado de la entrada del buffet en tercer lugar no se me ha devuelto la garantía de la tarjeta supongo que será porque volveré nuevamente a kuala lumpur en el final de mi viaje,pero eso no es así no tienen porque disponer de un dinero que no he gastado cuando ahora no soy huesped y por último no vi el hotel tan saturado como para darme una habitación con vistas a otro edificio en vez de a la ciudad estas son las cosas que me han molestado y creo que con razon
