Dear LauraMrno, Thank you for taking a moment to detail your recent experience and bringing this to our attention. We regret the shortcomings you experienced and that the overall impression of our hotel did not exceed your expectations. We do not have a room with three beds as the standard deluxe room comes either with twin beds or a king size bed. Our one bedroom apartment is equipped with a king bed whereas, it is only our two bedroom apartments which come with a king bed and 2 single beds. We regret to know that your previous visit with us at Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences was a one star experience and we hope we can turn your experience into a more positive one should you consider returning to us in the future.
