Honestly it was an excellent stay in this hotel the team was really friendly and the front office team was so professional and called me by my name and that was great and make me like a familiar here and was working in a polite way and helped me to found a good room after a long trip I dreamed to stay in a comfy bed but I found it and found my place in Dubai so I wanna thanks the front office team

It was an amazing stay in this hotel we was so happy and we got our room so fast however the lobby was so crowded but the staff handle it and the room was clean and I wanna thank the reception team for organising the situation in a smooth way and keep smiling under this pressure

Our family had a wonderful time at the Grand Mercure Hotel, and we left with unforgettable memories. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and fun for all ages. We can’t wait to return for another family getaway. Food is excellent and Service is Top Notch..The manager in Qova Mr Shawal is so good and proffesional and know how to make your guests happy.

Recently we was stay in this hotel for the second time the room was so good and comfort the staff was so friendly and the Moroccan manager Zakariyae always help us and choose for us a very good room and we like the shuttle bus to the airport and it was free we love our experience and this hotel became our hotel in dubai

Beautiful Hotel, excellent staff right through from meet and greet, reception, chefs and dining staff, room service staff and a special mention for Rushdy who provided an excellent in room dining experience, thank you.
