I stayed from 29th of July 2024 until 20th of August 2024 The location is the best, room space is more than enough Extremely friendly Staff starting from Mr. Shehab the Reception Manager and Rain; very professional and helpful The only con is the water glass in the room for the whole day

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Dubai’s Usual Standards

I was completely let down by my stay at this hotel, which fell far below the usual standards one expects in Dubai. The room was filthy, with dirt, hair, and grime everywhere, including the bedsheets. Even worse, there was a strong smell of smoke despite the room supposedly being non-smoking. The advertised airport shuttle service was misleading. It only runs four times a day, with the last trip at 2 PM. This inconvenient schedule forced me to pay for a taxi, adding unnecessary stress and cost to my stay. This place is a prime example of "you get what you pay for"—and in this case, it was gross. If cleanliness, comfort, and reliable services matter to you, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. If you don’t mind poor hygiene and misleading information, then this might be the place for you. Overall, a terrible experience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The overall experience was outstanding and Mr. AMR at the front office made it more memorable with his hospitality also the Food & Beverage team was also very cooperative. A Must place to stay in Dubai as the pool side was very much accessible
