Good hotel and friendly staff.

We had a good experience in this hotel: excellent modern room with large flat screen TV and comfortable beds. The bathroom was good, but unfortunately there was a lot of mold in the joints around the shower tray. Strange, since this is easily solved with bleach. The fitness room looked good and we also used it for a few hours with great pleasure. The pool was unfortunately very full, so it was not an option for us. Breakfast was good, but the staff had trouble replenishing the supplies on time. This was especially noticeable in the lack of bread. And you don't really want to start the day by just eating pastries right ? :) We found the staff very friendly, especially at the reception desk. We came across quite a few negative comments in other reviews about the street that leads from this hotel to the city center. We, however, found it a lively street with many people from different cultures, and at no time did we feel unsafe at all.

Very nice hotel with very useful services (parking, Gym, pool, restaurant, etc...) The personnel was extra nice and the rooms were very cozy. Very nice localization. Very close to the city center.

WARNING: This Novotel is unique in my experience for charging customers for using their car park. 18 euros for an overnight stay! It is not mentioned on the website, you just get hit with the charge when you check out. And don't expect them to be polite about it.

Very nice stay with adequate a/c. Perfectly located for great dining nearby, sightseeing and shopping. Parking availability and secure garage was a plus. Concierge at the desk was extremely helpful with recommendations. Key drop box check out makes getting back in the road quick and easy.

hotel in a good location, close to the center, check-in too long in an inconvenient place. Polite staff and nice rooms, the breakfast to be in the homeland with good Italian cuisine... it doesn't seem very good to me. I didn't have time to use the pool, I liked the wooden card keys.
