I had a very disappointing stay at Mercure Hotel Freising. The hotel is old and needs a lot of repairs. The Wi-Fi, named “m3connect,” is terrible—it keeps disconnecting, and you have to constantly confirm that you want to use it, even though it’s very slow. The room was not clean. I found hair on the floor, and the shower was clogged. Some rooms have air conditioning that doesn’t work, and the furniture is damaged. The fridge in my room didn’t work either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they fix these issues.

This is a very nice, clean hotel in a small town just north of Munich. Breakfast included a diverse offering of foods and was more than satisfactory. The conference room worked well for our purpose. The rooms are clean and small by American standards, but are comfortable and quiet for guests.

We only had a one night stay but we really enjoyed the experience. Our room was in the annexe across from main building and was spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboards and a fridge which was a bonus. A short walk into the pretty town with sone nice restaurants and beautiful buildings. Plenty of buses to and from the station - the stop is right outside the hotel. All very convenient for us. The reception staff were nice too. Thanks for a lovely stay to all at Mercure!

Relaxing stay with all that you expect in a Mercure. Decent clean well appointed rooms. Elevator and parking. Great restaurant just across the parking with an interesting layout. Well located near a railway line. Polite and responsive front desk staff. Has some nice locations just behind the hotel.....an amazing walk.

We checked into this hotel for an overnight stay, mainly due its proximity to the airport, as we had a flight to catch the next morning. Check-in was smooth and we got into our allotted room. The room seemed on the smaller side for a family of 3 and the extra bed made the room seem congested. The lighting was quite dim. The beds were comfortable but no extra pillows or such were provided. On making a request at the front desk for an extra pillow, the response we got was that there wasn’t anyone available to deliver it to our room and that we needed to come down to the lobby to pick it up. We did so. The hotel appears to have inadequate staff. The bathroom was very clean but again quite small. The front desk staff was quite helpful in guiding us regarding our queries about the shops around and the timings etc. The breakfast buffet was average. Overall, a decent overnight stay. The main plus point lies in the fact that one can reach the airport in around 15-20 minutes from this hotel.
