Tivemos uma estadia muito boa no hotel, com cama confortável, chuveiro bem quentinho e café da manhã delicioso. Faço algumas observações: 1- houve um desencontro de informações em relação à reserva. Reservei pelo site da Accor, com a inclusão do café da manhã e, ao chegar à recepção para fazer o check in, fui informada que o café não estava incluído, apesar de ter sido cobrado o total indicado no ato da reserva pelo site. Obviamente contestei e precisei enviar o "print" da confirmação da reserva, que recebi por e-mail, para o whatsapp do hotel, para comprovar a inclusão do café da manhã na minha compra. Deu tudo certo, mas o hotel precisa rever a comunicação com o site da Accor para se evitarem novos constrangimentos como esse. 2- há dois estacionamentos próprios do hotel, sendo um descoberto e um coberto. Para quem optar por guardar o carro no estacionamento coberto, recomendo que tenha uma habilidade extra para se desviar das muitas pilastras que há nele, pois é extremamente difícil manobrar tanto para entrar quanto para sair. Uma observação extra é que esse estacionamento não é recomendado para carros grandes, como caminhonetes e SUVs, por exemplo. 3- o hotel não fornece toalhas de rosto. Fora isso, nossa estadia foi bastante agradável, os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos.

Hotel justo. Chegando, havíamos reservado 2 quartos, para uma noite somente. Ao fazer o check-in, um dos quartos estava desarrumado, com pretos de comida. Pareceu-nos um engano mas, de qualquer forma, foi arriscado pois estávamos com 4 adolescentes. O café da manhã a é justo pela proposta do hotel, mas o chuveiro estava muito ruim.

The Ibis Styles was a great surprise - I never expected to find such a nice new hotel in the relatively unknown city of Itauna. Fist of all the parking garage within the building with direct access to the room floors is very handy. The check-in was super-friendly and efficient. And my room was cozy and the bed was for Brazilian standard extremely comfy, which guaranteed a restful sleep. Breakfast was also very good. I can fully recommend this hotel for everybody, who is in this area.

Nice calm location and very nice attendance. Close to the big Avenue were you can find any kind of foot and entertainment. All of the people had a very nice and friendly attendance. The biggest advantage its that is far away from the train.

Will suit those who like living on building sites

This hotel is brand new, so new in fact, that parts are unfinished and still under construction! Staff tried their best and were friendly and enthusiastic (especially kitchen staff at breakfast), but the hotel itself was a mess. From very poor workmanship in the recently built rooms - who wants uneven flooring in their room? And an ill-thought-out room layout means there's no where sensible to hang a towel in the bathroom. For a new hotel, there's absolutely no excuse for not enough plug sockets near the bed to charge your phone + watch! On top of this, one of the lifts was not working, and there was an awful smell of construction dust in the corridors. Next time I'll try somewhere else in Itaúna.
