Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes Hotel 4 yıldız

Lovely hotel, check in was great and I had a room on the 18th floor with a panoramic view of Belo Horizonte and the mountains. My room was just perfect, not too small and not too large. Everything worked properly which is something you cannot take for granted, i was in six different hotels in Brazil on this trip and this was the best hotel room. A special mention goes out to hotel staff Marco Silva who took time on his day off to meet me at the famous Mercado Central and help me select some of the famous local products available at the market. For a foreign visitor having a local show you around is the best! Thank you Marco, the hotel should be very proud of you as an employee.

Very good. Excellent services and emplacement. Next to the best restaurants. Some observations: the check in was too long. The bar could have a true bar tender. Good drinks are important to whom arrives in hotel after a hard day of work.

Good hotel on a nice location in BH, however poor services from checking, checkout, and also restaurant (specially low quality food for the price asked). It would be good to have more friendly employees at the front desk from the ones you had there.

Good service provided by polite and efficient staff, clean and tidy rooms and facilities, good location, nice and varied room service menu, good working and convention infrastructure. Breakfast though was not so good, at least when you consider its expensive cost.

Good hotel to stay in, with a very good "feijoada" on Saturdays... The rooms are comfortable, breakfast ok, but gym needs some improvement. For Accor club members, you need to double check the rate they're charging you when you're leaving. Also a note: taxis are always at the door, so look out if you're calling an Uber - as they can give you hostile looks.

The hotel is conveniently located in Belo Horizonte fancy area of Lourdes. Lot's of nice places and bar to go out. The hotel is modern, clean and on the privilege floor you have a wonderful view of the city.

Best recepcion. Prepared professionals. Nice and warm wellcome Wi-Fi workshops very well and the breakfast is something. All news papers Availble. Best neighborhood. The bar is Brandão new and they always invest.

Quality Mercure I was used to find unless the room cleanliness. Silence room, good bed. Nearby everyplace we need to go. Breakfast has a lot of options and is very good, althought I haven´t milk at Nespresso machine, because it was broken.

Between October and December of the 2015, I had many problems with access to internet in the room( all rooms) . Without access. When had access, the time to response was very bad. The services are excellent. The people are very good.

My wife and I repeatedly stay in Mercure Lourdes and never repent from that loyalty. Location is quite good, close enough to the bohemian side of Belo Horizonte. Staff is always attentive, rooms are clean an cozy. Breakfast is good stuff though a little unoriginal and repetitious. Sargas restaurant serves excellent food and wine.

I stayed at Mercure Hotel and all I can say is that my expectations were overcome. An excellent hotel, great rooms, great space, very comfortable, great location. The price is good and worthy being paid. I indicate this hotel.

I expected better cost benefit (like no extra cost for parking, a greater variety for breakfast and an open air swimming pool). Suites are quite nice, silent, comfortable and clean. Very good fitness room. Lobby bar with a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is nice. The staff is very good and so are the accomodations. So where is the problem? This hotel has THE WORST internet WiFi I have ever seen. You just can not use it, unless you try it 3 AM...

The hotel is well located and the staff is correct. The breakfast is superb, excellent. I've used the conference rooms and they are confortable with a very good support. I strongly recommend for business meetings.

Very good hotel for both business and holiday stays. Rate is correct compared with other hotels nearby. Food is various at restaurant but also at room service, and quality is correct Service and front desk people are nice
