The staff at the reception is outstandingly rude. They don’t understand English well or pretend not to, then shout at customers. They treat customers in a horrible way. The food is tasteless, usually cold by the time it is served; the coffee is insultingly bad. The hotel itself is a maze with insufficient signs for finding your way.

That sounds like a frustrating stay, Roxana S, and we’re sorry it felt that way. The impression from our front desk and check-in clearly missed the mark; we’re reinforcing this in our internal training to keep interactions warm and smooth. We also hear you on food temperature and coffee quality. And yes, our layout can feel like a maze—guest feedback is guiding ongoing signage improvements to make navigation clearer. To many rooms. Finding rooms like a maze game. Cleaning is also ok ok. Room ac also set centrally you doesn’t have any control. No nearby bus stops.

Prosenjit S, thanks for sharing your thoughts. The MOA maze effect is real in such a big house, but we’re working on making orientation easier. Cleaning and the central AC setup clearly left you only half satisfied, which we take on board. And about transport: instead of a bus stop, you’ll find the U-Bahn just 3–5 minutes away, connecting you to all the Berlin highlights. Comfortable room and bed, nice food, close to the center, some troubles with parking (only one entrance works, don't know why), different numbers of parking and rooms floors don't help.

Management needs to get a grip

While the hotel is great, the service on this trip is below standard, the superior double bedroom was small, could not contain 3 people as claimed. Tea mugs were not replaced by the housekeepers after the 1st set was taken on first day, tea and coffee not replaced, when I asked at 10am on 4th day, the reception told me to wait until between 12pm-2pm when the mini bar team comes around, I then replied that if the mini bar team had done their jobs on the 2nd and 3rd days, we wouldn't behaving this discussion. He knew I was speechless, he then sent someone afterwards. The management needs to improve and I am a regular user of this hotel.
