Amazing resort and fantastic food! Zeeshan provided an excellent service at the Exchange restaurant and provided all the support needed for stay. The staff is very courteous, polite and considerate. They understand the needs of family and available to help wherever needed. Other staff would like to mention for commendable service - ananya, hamid and pranav.

It was really good experience over here and they have given very nice view room for fireworks, hospitality was very good . Wissal and Mansour had given us really nice time . Also food was nice

I had a great experience at Pullman RAK. Thanks to the hospitality and smiling lady of Wissal who ensured that I get the best room on Dec 31st 2025 which made my evening watching the fireworks and welcoming 2026. I really appreciate her calmness and patience when there were so many customers on a busy night

Dear Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island RAK I had the pleasure to stay with you for the NYE 2026. One of your staff Mr. Antony was brilliant in his customer services. Antony was in the Exchange Restaurant and his support for helping us with food and beverages were commendable. Antony is a blessing to your team.
