We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the friendliness of our team and the quality of the food offered during your stay. It is always rewarding to receive positive comments about our colleagues, who strive to create memorable experiences for our guests. At the same time, we appreciate your constructive observations regarding the pool facilities, activities, and certain aspects of our All-Inclusive concept. Please note that our package inclusions and check-out policies are designed in accordance with the resort's operational standards and are communicated as part of the booking terms. Nevertheless, we understand that these may differ from experiences at other Rixos properties and appreciate your perspective. We also value your suggestions regarding balcony drying facilities and have shared them with the relevant team for consideration. Furthermore, your comments regarding the towels and the difficulty reaching our reservations team by phone have been noted and will be reviewed internally. Regarding your arrival experience, kindly note that breakfast service is available for guests staying the previous night or for additional charge in the restaurant directly, while lunch service begins at its scheduled time. However, we understand your comments regarding dining options for families arriving before check-in and will take your feedback into consideration.
