We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location, as well as your check-in, check-out and Wi-Fi experience. However, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We are particularly sorry about the room issues and the inconvenience caused by having to relocate twice. We understand your disappointment when the alternative room provided did not meet the same standard as your original accommodation. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Creo que deberían tener leche vegetal para personas intolerantes a la lactosa. Luego tuvimos problemas con nuestra hab, nos cambiaron a una igual, pero olía muy mal, nos volvieron a cambiar pero a una inferior porque no tenían disponibilidad, y para compensar me enviaron un plato de frutas, cosa que creo que no es correcto, me tendría que haber dado una hab igual o superior. Y ahorrarse el plato de fruta.

Tuve una mala experiencia aun siendo miembro de Accor y trabajando en la compañía en otro país. Me cobraron cosas que ya habían sido pagas previamente, intentaron darme una expicación que al día de hoy sigo sin entenderla dado que el extracto que te envían al final de la estadía con cada concepto, es inentendible. Al momento de hacer el check in me cobraron más de lo que decía al momento de la reserva (nunca mencionado esto), pensé que al pagar por el desayuno el mismo iba a estar al nivel del hotel 4 estrellas pero sin embargo, es malísimo. La instalación donde se desayuna, es sucia, no hay empleados cerca del buffet para solicitar que repongan las cosas que ya no hay (como mermelada, pan, etc), pedís scramble eggs y no te los quieren hacer porque se les dificulta, ponen el yogurt al lado de las ensaladas por lo tanto cuando queres consumir el mismo, está todo lleno de verduras. Fui a pasar mi cumpleaños y me terminaron cobrando cosas que el hotel me quiso regalar. No volvería, mala experiencia.
