We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the air conditioning, WiFi connection, and bed comfort. We fully understand the importance of these services, especially in relation to medical needs. We regret that the air conditioning was not functioning properly during your stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue that could not be resolved immediately, and we apologize for this inconvenience as well as the lack of communication from our staff. Your comments regarding the WiFi connection and bathroom cleanliness have also been taken very seriously, and we will review these points to improve our services. Please know that your feedback is valuable as it helps us enhance our guests’ experience.
