Спасибо большое сотрудникам ресепшен , очень доброжелательные , работникам клининга спасибо за чистоту номера , мне все очень понравилось , атмосфера очень комфортная , завтраки вкусные , правда хотелось бы чтобы завтраки были до 11/12 утра , чтобы выспаться . Бассейн великолепен , мало людей , удобные лежаки . Рядом метро , рестораны , вернусь еще раз )

В целом остались приятные впечатления от пребывания. Сервис хороший. Отель чистый, комфортный. Хотелось бы побольше европейской кухни на завтрак. Номер 716 маловат для двоих: полок и вешалок в шкафу (если его можно так назвать) не хватает для комфортного размещения вещей двоих взрослых людей. Тапочки были только одни. В ванной не хватало гигиенического набора (ушные палочки, ватные диски и тд). Выпрашивать у персонала не стали, я считаю, что такие вещи должны быть в номере по умолчанию.
