Stayed here for 2 nights and I could say this is a super location & best value hotel when you come to Jogja! Great buffet breakfast, spacious & clean room, super humble & kind staff. Comfortable rooms and strategic location

Stayed here last year, very nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and especially the location which is quite strategic in the center of Yogyakarta. Close to Malioboro shopping and culinary center only 2 minutes walk and close to Tugu station.

The 2nd Come Back, it was a good stay

Stayed for 3 nights, and its our 2nd time come back. Love the spacious room with microwave and sink. We still find the room was well cleaned, eventhough bed sheets and pillow covers are not as white, breakfast was good and the staff are really kind and helpful. One thing that i regret is becayse its located in Malioboro- the busiest street in Jogjakarta, the access to the hotel was closed by the police the hotel staff has already give us the direction to get the right access, but because its the Idul Fitri holiday,Malioboro St was very packed and crowded. It took us 1,5 hours just to pass through 3km to reach the hotel.

Thank you to organized very well and take care our stay Pak Sapto & Bu Ari. Start from fast check in by Delly, Vani, Camel and your heartist thing in my room truly surprised us. My daughter was so excited saw her Teepee Tent in the room. Good Job Danang & Wenda, my room was always clean by room attendant. Excellent Services from all staffs. No hesitation to recomending this hotel. Well done!

Good enough for a short stay if you are an international tourists

Good location within 2 minutes walk to Malioboro Street, which is extremely popular with the locals. We stayed at this Novotel because of rave reviews mostly in Google and other sites that Malioboro street is “the place” in Jogja. But don’t expect much if you are an international /western tourist. I will write a separate review on Malioboro Street next. This review is about Novotel. It is a nice hotel. An ideal location to get started in Jogja if you’ve never been here before. We arrived late on our first night, which means we had only 1 full day in this area, which we found is more than enough in this area. I will explain why in my Malioboro Street review. We like everything about this hotel. The staff, the service, the room, the rooftop bar and swimming pool located on level 10. The best is the price. Great value for money for the 2 nights inclusive buffet breakfast, which was 2,555,501 rupiah booked through Accor. But don’t expect much from the buffet breakfast. It was limited in choice. Mostly cater for Indonesian. Good enough for a short stay.
